KIM was incorporated in 1982 which has more than 30 years of experience in the design and installation of sanitary and plumbing, fire fighting systems, gas piping systems and installation of hose reel piping.

As a one stop service provider, we never stop trying to enhance our services with more upscale and complex mechanical and electrical engineering designs and installations.

The management of the company believes in the continual improvement of its products and services to delight its customers in order to maintain everlasting business relationships with them. The management also believes in having qualified and dedicated staff to preserve that competitive edge in the industry.

Currently, KIM is expanding our business to asbestos service and removal. In Singapore, the use of asbestos materials in buildings and the import of raw asbestos have been prohibited by BCA and MEWR since late 1980s. However, many old buildings still have asbestos-containing materials such as corrugated roofs, ceiling boards and partition walls. With a highly qualified and experienced management team and well trained staff, we provide professional and wide range removal services in the asbestos industry in marine, offshore and construction. We aim to ensure the safety of the workers and minimize the risk of exposure of asbestos into the environment.
